   The KVQ347Y-16C V-type ball valve is a rotary regulating valve with a rotation angle of 90 degrees. It consists of pneumatic or electric actuator and V ball valve body assembly. The ball core is a special valve core with a partial spherical surface and a V-shaped notch (the V-shaped opening has a sharp edge). The V-shaped opening of the ball and the valve seat flow channel form a fan-shaped area during the rotation process The cross-sectional area of the flow channel can be changed to form a precise adjustment of the medium. It is an angle-turning regulating valve, and its sealing performance is the same as that of ordinary ball valves.

  Due to the shearing force between the V-shaped opening and the valve seat, there is a wiping and shearing effect between the V-shaped opening and the valve seat during the rotation of the ball when closed, and what is the smooth and round flow path of the valve cavity makes the medium won't accumulate in the inner cavity, and it has a strong cut-off, so it is not only suitable for liquid media, but also for controlling liquid media such as pulp, sewage, and fibrous media, as well as system control containing tiny solid suspension media.

  V-shaped spools provide approximately equal percentage flow characteristics. The valve has the features of unobstructed flow channel, large flow coefficient, large adjustable ratio, valve seat with energizing ring, adjustable sealing force, good sealing performance; light weight, reliable action, convenient use and maintenance, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, paper-making, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other industrial sectors.
